Property description
Intimate, free-standing, beautifully appointed studio for two. Well equipped kitchenette for light cooking and/or extended stays. Queen sized comfortable bed. Sofa in sitting area can accommodate a small child. Linens, towels, parking and basic kitchen condiments all included. No smoking allowed. Pets may be considered. Salt water pool (shared with owner). Situated above Cotignac with an easy 15 minute walk to the village. We are G&L;Friendly.
Area description
Cotignac village is known as the St. Tropez of the Var and as an artists colony. The village is a 1 1/2 hour drive to Nice and a one hour drive to Aix and Marseille. The village is rich with vineyards, olive groves, ancient troglodytes and art galaries.
One can enjoy rock climbing, country hikes, visits to the Cistercian Abbey of le Thoronet, wineries, open air markets and relaxing by the pool. The village's population of 2000 is host to summer outdoor film festival and concerts.
