It has scenic views of the surrounding mountains and a rear aspect view over a ravine to view the beautiful Coral Bay coastline. Central location & 15 minute walk to village centre.
The apartment contains a book of places of interest, family entertainment, music and painting lessons, winery and vineyard trips as well as walking and cycling routes, so that you can decide what to do with your time without having to leave the apartment.

The communal facilities include: a large swimming pool, medium pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi’s, poolside bar, changing rooms, WC’s and showers, sauna, gym and games room with landscaped gardens. The Local Area
Located 20 minutes from Paphos town centre and 30 minutes from Paphos International Airport Pegeia is small village, boasting traditional Cypriot village centre and a modern surrounding area with fantastic views of the coastline and mountains. A modern supermarket, bakery, bank, gymnasium, masseur and beauty parlour, are accompanied by the traditional Cypriot tavern, butchers and restaurants.

Paphos District

Paphos has transformed from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort. Local attractions are the archaeological park and fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods. Popular destinations are the Harbour Castle, St Paul's Church, Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodites Rock and Christian Catacombs.

For the family and friends there is a great water park, and a choice of 3 golf resorts within 30 minutes. If you like to travel away from the noise you can visit the villages of Pegeia, Coral Bay, Polis & Odomos. At the Akamas Peninsula (4km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Pegeia village is the home of the Andriana Exclusive Resort and has suburb views of the coastline and surrounding mountains. In the heart of the village you will find and can enjoy the many traditional restaurants and taverns as well an authentic butchers, bakers and fishmongers to enhance your self-catering experience. JJ’s sports bar has free WiFi and has a breath taking view of the Paphos district. You can also find tennis courts, go karting, a bird sanctuary and horse riding near to Pegeia.

The incredible Pegeia Sea Caves are a spectacle to see and the famous Coral Bay is a vibrant village with restaurants shops and boutiques; it has a must see coastline and amazing beach; one of the best in Cyprus. Pegeia & Coral Bay are only 20 minutes from Paphos Harbour and 30 minutes from Paphos Airport.

Heading North by car, you can find the route to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.
