By using or accessing the Holiday Homes Are Us website you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions.  Please read these carefully.  If you do not agree to or abide by these terms you may not access or use this website.

This website serves as a portal for members/ owners to advertise their holiday rental properties to potential renters and to directly co-ordinate rental bookings and transactions.  Holiday Homes Are Us is NOT involved in any part of the actual transaction between members/ owners and renters. Therefore, the quality, truth or accuracy of the properties featured in this website, the ability of members/ owners to rent their holiday rental property or the ability of renters to pay for holiday rental properties are solely the responsibility of the users.

Members/ owners: We charge members/ owners on a ‘per listing’ basis for a listing period of 12 months.  All listing content is submitted by members/ owners; therefore Holiday Homes Are Us cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings. Members/ owners listing their rental properties on this site must agree to the following terms:

• By listing their rental property on this website, members/ owners acknowledge that Holiday Homes Are Us is solely providing a portal for advertising their property and accept full responsibility for their listing(s) and any bookings or issues arising from it.
• Members/ owners acknowledge that Holiday Homes Are Us is completely exempt from any liability.
• Members/ owners are responsible for providing a truthful and accurate listing and for keeping listing information up to date.
• You give permission for Holiday Homes Are Us to use your uploaded photos in advertising and promotional materials.
• We are happy to offer a full refund for your listing within 7 days of you listing your property if this is due to any technical difficulties on our part that has affected the ability of visitors to view and access your listing or you to access amend or update your listing.  Refunds will not be offered after 7 days of listing generation.
• Listings removed at the request of the members/ owners prior to completion of the full advertising term are not subject to a refund.
• If any inappropriate content is submitted (e.g. not relative to holiday rental property) for a listing, such listings will be removed with no refund issued.

FREE gifts are offered to all owners (for an unlimited period) who list their property with us. Free gifts offered to members will vary from time to time therefore we do not state the exact gift that you will receive.  Free gifts will be sent out after 7 days of a property being listed.  Only 1 free gift will be issued per member.  We cannot specify how long it will take to reach you, as delivery times are country specific.  UK residents can expect to receive their free gift within approximately 10 days after listing generation.

Visitors from around the world may freely access the Holiday Homes Are Us website, as such we cannot and do not verify or confirm a user’s alleged identity.  We advise all users act with diligence and report any site abuse or scams.

All content accessed on this website, such as listings, texts, files, photos or videos is for personal, non-commercial use only.  All other uses of this website is expressly prohibited.

The Holiday Homes Are Us website may not be used for the following (without our prior written consent):

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, uploading, posting, displaying, republishing, distributing or transmitting any part of the site’s content in any form whatsoever.
• Sell, offer for sale, transfer or licence any part of this site in any form to third parties.
• Use or access this site in anyway that adversely affects the performance or function of the site or any computer systems or networks that we use.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that may damage or interfere with the operation of this site.
• Use this site to make false or fraudulent bookings or post any information that is false or misleading.
• Use this site to contact our members for commercial reasons or for any other reason other than to genuinely enquiry about a holiday rental.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, sexually explicit, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

If you detect or have experienced misuse of this site or see or experience any user-contributed or other content, activity or communication on or through this site that goes against any of these terms, please report this to us.

• This website includes user-contributed content in the form of sharing travel tips.  Holiday Homes Are Us has no duty to pre-screen content posted on the site and assumes no responsibility for user-contributed content.  We do however have the right to remove any user-contributed content that is deemed inappropriate or in breach of our terms & conditions.
• Sharing your travel tips is intended to provide potential holidaymakers with useful tips on each country.  It is NOT an area for visitors/ members to express their own opinions, likes/dislikes or prejudices.
• Holiday Homes Are Us provides country guides as a guideline to holidaymakers. Information is accumulated from various sources, incl. Photos from individuals' holidays and amateur photographers. Holiday destinations are constantly changing, growing and evolving, therefore, Holiday Homes Are Us accepts no liability or responsibility for the accuracy and general content in these guides, nor liability for death, injury or other form of loss as a result of choices influenced by the information in these guides.

This site contains links to other websites in the form of banner advertising and directory listings.  The content of these third-party websites is maintained by these third parties and is not verified by Holiday Homes Are Us.  We cannot therefore take responsibility for these third-party websites.

We may at times experience technical difficulties with the site that affect the site’s availability or performance.  In such instances, we will try to rectify this with the utmost efficiency.

Holiday Homes Are Us reserves the right to amend, discontinue or suspend any feature of the site, and agrees to provide reasonable notice to members/ owners or third parties in such instance.

Your privacy: at no time will Holiday Homes Are Us sell or divulge your personal information provided at the time of registration to any third parties.  However, we reserve the right to disclose any information as permitted by prevailing law to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.
