2: How much does it cost to list a rental property?

We charge on a 'per listing' basis at a price of £12 (approx. $18/ 13€) per year for a standard listing, or £20 (approx. $30/ 22€) per year for a 2 property listing.  You also have the option to opt for a featured ad (which appears on our homepage) for £20 (approx. $30/ 22€) per year. An agent package is also available, which includes 10 listings for £50 (approx. $75/ 56€).

3: How do I pay for my listing?

Payments for listings are made online only.  We have an integrated payment system with PayPal, which enables you to pay for your listing with your credit or debit card or you can choose to pay by wire transfer. Please note that there is an administration fee of £7 (approx. $11/ 8€) when paying via wire transfer.



4: Can I get a refund if I withdraw my listing?

We are happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of you listing your rental if this is due to any technical difficulties on our part that has affected the ability of visitors to the site to view and/or access your listing or you to access, amend or update your listing.  Refunds will not be offered after 7 days of listing generation.



5: How do I list my property?

You need to 'sign up' to be a member in order to list your rental with us.  You can access the 'sign up' form from our homepage menu.  Once you have registered you will be sent your username and password via email.  You will then be able to sign into your account by accessing the members area from our homepage menu ('Owner login').  Once logged in you will be able to add your property by selecting 'properties' from the admin menu, 'manage properties, and then 'add property' option on screen which appears with a green plus (+) beside it. The next step is to enter all your property details in the details form. Save this form and move on to add photos, rates and availability, by selecting the different page icons at the top of the screen. You can also choose to add content in either French or Spanish, by choosing the 'content in other languages' option in each section of the listing.  The last stage is making payment for your listing.  Once you have paid for your listing, you will need to assign your listing to your purchased package. You can do this by going into 'properties' on the admin menu and then 'manage properties'. Next select the pencil icon beside your listing, go to the payment page (last page icon at the top), select the package that you purchased, and then 'save'.  Once you have done this your listing will be active and you can go on to add the rest of the photos for your listing.

Notes:


SEO title= Title to be used when your listing appears search engines. SEO keywords= keywords to be used for search engine to help holidaymakers find your listing.

The system will only allow you to upload 1 photo before your listing has been paid for.  Once you have purchased your listing package and it has been assigned to your listing, you can then go back and add as many photos as your package allows.



6: What will you do with my personal information?

We will at no time sell or disclose your personal information, unless required by law.  We will use your information to send you important notices about your account and any modifications to the Holiday Homes Are Us website.



7: How do I amend my listing?


To amend your listing you will need to log into your account (accessed via 'owner login' on homepage menu).  Once you have logged in, select 'properties' from the admin menu and then 'manage properties'.  You will then be able to see a list of the properties that you have listed with us.  To edit your listing, select the pencil icon next to your listing title and you will be able to make amendments. Remember to save any changes made to your listing. 



8: What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, there is a password reset (forgot password?) option that you can select on the owner login page.  You will be asked to enter your email address and the security code shown to reset your password.  Your password information will then be sent to you via email.



9: How do I receive enquiries?

Within your listing details potential renters have the option to contact you via our contact form.  All enquiries will go directly into your inbox for the email address that you registered with.  Our contact form hides your email address to help avoid issues with spamming.  Potential renters may also contact you on the telephone number that you provided, which will feature in your listing.
