This 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment at Thea Court, Kapparis is ideally located - whether you want to relax by the 2 pools, sunbathe on fantastic beaches or do something more energetic, e.g. water sports, everything is within easy reach. The apartment has a covered veranda for relaxing with a glass of Cypriot wine in the evening after a hard days sunbathing!
Although a car is not essential, it would enable you to explore more of this beautiful island and get you to some of the more remote, picturesque beaches. The apartment is located within easy reach of the border to North Cyprus should you wish to cross.
The apartment has access to 2 outdoor pools and is just a 10-15 minute stroll from the lovely Fireman's Cove beach. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the local bus service are all within easy reach.

A TV (with a selection of Satellite channels), DVD and CD player are also available in the apartment for your use. (Small selection of DVD's available in the apartment)

All linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery are provided for your stay.

An information pack is available in the apartment and gives detail of things to do, maps and other useful info. Direction, key details and emergency contact details will be emailed to you on payment of your final balance.

Kapparis is located within easy reach of both Protaras and Ayia Napa as well as the towns of Paralimni and Derynia and is an up and coming resort. The main street has an abundance of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakers. Greek, Cypriot and international cuisine is available within an easy walk of the apartment, and Sky Sports is available in most of the bars for you sports fans! Bingo and quiz nites are widely available too!

Kapparis has several small easily accessible sandy beaches, where you can relax and enjoy near year round sunshine, the nearest to this apartment being Fireman's Cove.

The Famagusta area offers something for everyone, whether its the resort of Kapparis; the abundance of bars, restaurants and beaches, including Nissi beach at Ayia Napa; or the water sports and beaches available in Protaras which are a 10/15 minute drive away.

You can always dance the night away among the many bars in Ayia Napa's Centre.

A large water park is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and is a great day out for all the family. A smaller water park is situated on the outskirts of Protaras.

Protaras is a lovely resort, quieter then Ayia Napa but just as sophiscated and cosmopolitan. Numerous bars and restaurants are located here and also the excellent Fig Tree Bay beach and again water sports are available.

The list of fabulous beaches on the East Coast of Cyprus is lengthy but here are a few worth a visit: Agia Thekia, Makronisos, Landa, Pernera, Katsarka and Pantahou.
