Dominican Republic

The Domican Republic occupies the eastern part of the island of Hispaniola (which also also home to Haiti). It is the second largest country in the Antilles after Cuba. As well as the crystal clear waters and sandy beaches, the Dominican Republic also boasts tropical rainforests, mangrove swamps and cultivated savannas. Spend the days sipping on dark rum and the nights dancing the merengue.
